Leigh Hardingham has a broad skill base and experience working on major projects. For the past ten years she has held management roles with companies delivering major resource and civil construction projects. Her contributuon to project management teams incudes the development of community relations, Indigenous affairs, Australian industry participation and other specialised management plans. She adapts easily to new teams and has expereince assisting with local procurement and passing on project requirements to lower tier subcontractors.

Leigh's project experience includes management roles in Indigenous Affairs and she has developed a comprehensive process to assist people facing multiple barriers to employment. She has a network of strong Aboriginal mentors who ensure her work is culturally safe and appropriate for the communities she works in. She is determined her work will offer real outcomes and local Aboriginal people are involved in the delivery of programs and initiatives.

Leigh has held roles in the Western Australian State Government Departments of Agriculture and Fisheries; Local Government and Regional Development; and the Office of Crime Prevention. She was the State Manager of the Western Australian Rural and Community Leadership Programs that graduated over 1000 community, business and political leaders over a four year period.

She has participated in and lead study tours to the United States of America, Israel and New Zealand and planned and facilitated a tour of South Africa. The purpose of these tours was to study the effect of empowered leadership and the impact of social and economic development activities on community resiliance and sustainability. The lessons she and the tour group learnt have informed her work and guided her professional career.

Vanessa Tysoe is an experienced practitioner in liaison and outreach services to Indigenous communities.  Her employment spans the academic, corporate, state and commonwealth government sectors, with a primary interest in the health and wellbeing of Indigenous people and communities.

She has held positions as Liaison Manger - Indigenous Access WA for Medicare Australia  and Project Coordinator of the Rural/Remote Registrar Support Project at the WA Centre for Rural and Remote Medicine. She also has extensive experience working as a practitioner in mental health with Indigenous people.

With proven leadership and organisation ability, extensive knowledge of rural and remote communities and with accomplished research, concept design and communication skills, Vanessa combines the core elements of skill, experience, innovation and sound management to achieve outstanding results for clients and their projects.

Shannon Hardingham is a consultant with diverse skills and experience. She has worked on civil construction projects with roles in stakeholder engagement, local content, Indigenous business participation and capacity building. She has demonstrated ability in the design and development of strategies to increase local participation in economic development outcomes on major projects. This includes supplier development programs, local business capability assessments, local content opportunity registers and risk and opportunity assessments.

Shannon has a rural background that provides a comprehensive understanding of how to work effectively in small regional communities. Her knowledge includes local government processes, the importance of working with and nurturing local aspirations, current impacts on the agricultural sector and working with community and special interest groups.

Jayne Miller has broad based skills in program development and project delivery. She works well in teams and generates a positive and enthusiastic group attitude.

Jaynes drive is to increase peoples abilities to be successful and she has focused her work on skill development and identifying training needs in the workplace.  Her development of the Indigenous Training Strategy, a key part of the Indigenous Affairs Management Plan developed for the Browse LNG project, was a major contributor to the success of her team.

Jaynes work history includes experience in stakeholder engagement, Indigenous affairs, public relations, communication, graphic design, project research and reporting.
